Terms of service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern the use of Pragma (pragma.pm and app.pragma.pm), operated by DappIT (SASU, France — see the imprint). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
The service
Pragma is a project management service. Plans and their limits are described on the pricing page; the free Starter plan is provisioned at signup, and paid plans are billed by Paddle as merchant of record on a 30-day cycle (or annually), renewing automatically until cancelled.
Billing, cancellation, refunds
- Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing; downgrades apply at the next period. If you are over the new plan's limits, you get 14 days to reduce usage.
- You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period, after which the organization becomes read-only with a 30-day self-service export window, then data is deleted.
- If a payment fails, the subscription enters a 14-day grace period (reading and editing work; creating is paused) before becoming read-only.
- Refunds: no partial refunds for unused time, except pro-rata refunds for documented Pragma-side outages and always a full refund for duplicate charges. Goodwill requests within 14 days of a charge are considered case by case.
Your content
Your organization owns the content it creates. You grant DappIT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence limited to operating the service (storage, display, backup, indexing, and the search/AI features you use). Content is not used to train models.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Pragma for illegal activity or infringing content, to distribute malware or spam, to circumvent quotas or rate limits, to scrape outside the documented API, or to build a competing service. Security testing requires prior written authorization.
Availability and support
We operate Pragma with professional care, announced maintenance windows outside CET business hours, and 30-day rolling backups, but the service is provided without a formal SLA except under Enterprise agreements. Support is available by email and in-app, business hours CET, Monday to Friday, best effort.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DappIT's total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law, and consumers retain all rights granted by mandatory EU and French consumer law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Before any court action, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith for 30 days; consumers may use the EU online dispute resolution platform. Otherwise, disputes go to the Paris commercial court (consumers keep their home-court rights). The English version of these terms prevails over any translation.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in-app at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
